Wengen was one of Switzerland\'s first major centres for hiking, climbing and skiing and the Hotel Falken, built in 1895, provided early visitors with a comfortable base for exploring the Jungfrauregion. The hotel\'s original character has been carefully preserved by successive generations of family owners.The cosy lounge, bar and music room are furnished with antiques and decorated with historic pictures and photogaphs, creating a unique atmosphere in which guests feel at home from the first moment of their stay.
